EXCHANGE & REFUND DETAILS


We hope you love your purchase from Bella Blossom Childrenswear, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide full return instructions.

Conditions for Returns
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt for the refund to be processed.

Exclusions
• Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
