Please note express and next day delivery is only available to UK postcodes.

• UK Express Delivery: £5.99 
• UK Standard Delivery: £3.99
• International Delivery:  £15 to Europe, £22.50 to USA, Canada and Australia (see below)

The cut off point for Next Day Delivery is 2pm, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that orders placed on a Friday before 2pm with UK Next Day Delivery will not be guaranteed to arrive until the Monday.

Please calculate all delivery services in working days, our courier does not deliver on national/bank holidays nor will orders be dispatched on these days.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail or a courier service and are tracked to your door. Next Day Delivery requires a signature upon delivery. Standard delivery is usually between 2-5 working days but can be longer during busy periods.

Orders can also be collected from store (excluding handmade cardigans), please do not travel to store until you have received confirmation either via SMS or email that your order is ready to collect and please bring proof of purchase with you. Please check store opening hours and if you wish to collect outside of these hours please email michelle@bellablossomchildrenswear.com to make necessary arrangements.

Free delivery is available in the Widnes area to postcodes beginning WA8 only. You will be contacted via SMS or email to arrange a suitable delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer delivery to parts of Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. Please note we take NO RESPONSIBILITY for any fees you may incur as a result of import duties, taxes or other associated fees. The price quoted for shipping just covers the postage costs so please take into account any additional costs to yourself before ordering. Please note it can take up to 30 days for parcels to arrive to destinations outside of the UK and we can take no responsibility for delays during the import process.

We do not accept returns from outside the UK.

SALE ITEMS AND HANDMADE/PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE 

Delivery time of handmade products is from the day the item is completed, please allow between 2-6 weeks from order to delivery of handmade products.

Gift Cards can be used on our online store. 

We do not ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay via email using the details given when placing the order.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.

Certain UK Postcodes are subject to different time scales and may be exempt from Next Day delivery. See exemptions below:
